Salesforce Report: Open Cases

Report Name: Open Cases.
Purpose: To list out all open cases which are more than 30 days by case owner.
Related Records: All open case records exceeding more than 30 days.
Benefit: The support division will have a total view of all the open cases which are more than 30 days. This will assist the support team to set priority towards the each cases as accordingly. e.g. set higher priority on the cases that have higher number of days opened.

Salesforce Report: Weekly Activities on Deals

Report Name: Weekly Activities on Deals.
Purpose: To list out all the activities of the  current week for each deals.
Related Records: All tasks and events records of current week related to opportunity records.
Benefit: The sales managers will have a total view of their sales reps’ current week’s activities for every respective deals. From this report, they can estimate the possible time and effort given by each sales reps towards the deals in hand.
