WhippleHill uses cloud integration to automate the sync of information between Netsuite and JIRA

Challenges

Running NetSuite for support and JIRA for development meant there was no connection between Issues in both systems. Product Owners,
Developers, QA Testers, and managers had to check the two separate systems to see the whole picture, often hourly. JIRA users could not see the NetSuite issues on their project boards so they never had a clear picture of everything on their plate. Agile product owners could not size their sprints well because the time-boxed NetSuite work was not accounted for in the sprints. An integrated solution was needed so that the support sta could see this information in Netsuite and development could continue working with JIRA.

Solutions:

A solution was built on the Dell Boomi integration platform. All development and management of the Atom is performed in the cloud and no additional software is required to be installed on-premise. Utilizing Boomi’s NetSuite and JIRA Connectors, WhippleHill’s Netsuite and JIRA issues are able to synchronize seamlessly

Fulton Hogan secures Salesforce with PingIdentity

Challenges

Fulton Hogan had an existing SSO solution for browser based user access to the Force.com platform. The solution worked for browser based access but did not cater for applications that required the use of other methods of connection to the Force.com platform, such as the Salesforce for Outlook plug-in, Salesforce mobile app and other custom applications that use the Force.com APIs.

Solutions:

Fulton Hogan engaged WDCi, to design and implement a solution using the PingFederate product from Ping Identity to perform the following functions:

  • Browser Based SSO using SAML2
  • Mobile Access via OAuth2.0 and SAML2 combination
  • Chatter Desktop Access via SAML2

Mindjet Standardizes Back-Office Application Integrations with Minimal IT Support

Challenges

Mindjet was using NetSuite for financials and billing, and planned to implement salesforce.com for CRM and Support. While the immediate integration need was to connect salesforce.com and NetSuite, Mindjet wanted an integration platform that could integrate all their back and front office systems.

Solutions:

Mindjet evaluated several Integration as a Service (IaaS) providers. Boomi was the clear choice due to their “pure cloud” approach which does not require coding or appliances.

They decided to include Boomi AtomSphere in their implementation of Salesforce CRM & Support in order to integrate it with NetSuite. This integration project included a bi-directional integration of their price book, opportunities and customer data/orders between Salesforce and NetSuite. Mindjet selected one of Boomi’s System Integration partners, WDCi, to support them in their implementation of the integration of NetSuite and Salesforce.

Challenges

Mindjet’s Director of Business Applications, was tasked with integrating the company’s back-office applications, without adding headcount. The immediate integration need was to connect Salesforce and NetSuite, with a view to integrating of all their back and front office systems over time.

  • Mindjet selected WDCi, to migrate their data, implement the integration and to manage after go-live.

Storagecraft Connects CRM & Financials to Accelerate Cash Flow and Eliminate Manual Data Entry

Challenges

StorageCraft utilises Salesforce to manage their sales cycle and Quickbooks to manage their finances. With no link between
the two, and a large volume of transactions, StorageCraft had duplication of information and a lack of automation in their
business processes from order to cash. The solution needed to cater for the B2B component of the business and the
Salesforce customisations they had put in place to manage their non-standard sales process in a channel model.

Solutions:

StorageCraft selected WDCi and with their recommendation, the Boomi platform. The existing Quickbooks and Salesforce connectors for the Boomi platform would ensure a rapid implementation time.

Charles Darwin University optimises customer experience with Callista and RightNow CX integration

Challenges

In 2010 CDU deployed a single interface of the Oracle RightNow CX CRM. The objective was to implement a system that enabled the
University to achieve its enrolment targets by creating and managing quality interactions with prospective students, meeting their
information needs and assisting them to make the transition into CDU. This provides a ‘First contact’ to ‘applicant’ to ‘census date’ sales and
engagement pipeline for the systematic management of prospects through their transition into an enrolled student.

Solutions:

WDCi designed and implemented a Dell Boomi integration process to connect CDU’s Student Management System to the RightNow CX
CRM. The integration involves the create and update of current student data into the CRM. Complexities were involved due to the need to  identify and merge the historical prospective student data with their new current student record.
